Full-Service Meat Processing

H and H Meats processes venison and other meats. For venison, please provide us with completely boneless meat, no whole deer or quarters processing and for other meats, you need to provide us with completely boneless meat. All prices for our venison products are for the finished product and per pound. All sausage is equal parts pork shoulder to venison.

Smoked Products
Each of the items below requires a minimum of 25 pounds, (12.5 lbs of venison with equal parts of pork) for own product return.

Snack Sticks $5.99 per lb
*Shrinkage of Summer Sausage Is Approximately 10 to 15%.

All sausage is equal parts pork shoulder to venison. Shrinkage of Snack sticks is approx. 15-20%, and Summer sausage is approx. 10-15%.
